Please have a look at my class timetables and feel free to come along to any of the classes for a trial or contact me for tailored 1 to 1 reformer sessions or personal training. You are welcome to turn up to any of the classes as I have an open door policy or you can contact me to book your place in advance. You will find that our classes are all friendly and welcoming with a mixture of ages from teens to people of 70 or even 80 years old!

These sessions which last 55 minutes quite literally covers everything from toning and strengthening muscles throughout your body to weight loss and rehabilitation after injury or operations.

About me

lisaI have been teaching the Pilates exercise techniques for over 9 years; undertaking an instructor and personal training course in my early forties. I wanted to run my own business and like many people wanted this to fit around my family but I also wanted to do something I felt passionate about and enjoyed. I can honestly say I absolutely love my work and haven’t looked back since.

Pilates is part of my daily life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I find teaching and training both on an individual basis and to my group classes such a pleasure; it so rewarding helping people quite literally to feel good about themselves through this unique form of exercise!

One of the reasons I am so passionate about this form of exercise is that anyone can do it, whatever age, whatever ability and even with or recovering from injuries. The way I devise and instruct weekly classes is to be fully inclusive, meaning that all levels can participate from beginners to intermediates through to Advanced and Super Advanced. Working as a Pilates Instructor is a customer focussed profession and I meet people from all walks of life, all ages and with different objectives and aims. Everyone is on a journey of discovery and development and I not only see their body shape, posture and fitness improve, I also notice people’s diets improve as they become body aware. Pilates focuses the mind as well as the body and helps people overcome hurdles in their lives, improving mental health as well as physical health and well-being.
